I would have to agree with Luke on this one, you can mod out your computer, basicly change ALL the components to how you like it and play some of the most up to date games, on a PC you don't have to stick with the same graphics when something better comes out, YOU JUST UPGRADE!

However consoles have the advantage of being purely for games so they don't need to load the ENTIRE windows kernel which leaves them with far higher performance due to the freed up resources. Computers are good, but you can still do alot with a 360/PS3 and theres alot less annoying lag, unless you play GTA4, then theres still some lag... Also yes, I too HATE the ps3 and all playstations just because of the controllers, they're hopeless. The Xbox controller is much more original and dosen't need to be copied from Nintendo...

i hate playstations for the fact of there controllers and i still reckon that xbox360 are the best out of them all there got good controllers and it just feels right holding them.But then again i do like my comp but it keeps frezzen and its not a really good lap top so its not to good to play games on so i stick to the xbox360
