Yeah W7 was beta, failed on laptop though... but when it wasn't failing it was truly awesome compared to Vista (won't even bother to mention XP)
And yes HD4870 does empty pockets :(

im running the RC on my laptop no driver issues and it doesnt start 2 hours shutdowns till march 1 2010 but you can already get past that just dont install the update for it
