Dell FAIL at Service

BTW all I want is a price for a dell notebook DVD Drive

Well day one
I call dell and go to tech support i talk to someone that can barely talk English for 5 seconds then they put me through to a computer that hangs up on me because no one is there to answer there call
Second try that day
Call dell customer service
They put me through to the same computer that hangs up on me
Third try for the day and i do eventually talk to someone that can barely talk English like always and i talk to 3 people then the last one won't help me because the customer does not have the correct service tag and they are too FUCKING stupid to work out the drive from the model of the notebook

Well I tried again today with the correct service tag I got from the customer
And then they put me through to a computer again FUCK I HATE DELL

no dell sucks big balls seriously they are just horrible
they charged my mum $500 for a comp that is worse than my old comp that i got for $80 its ridiculous

^..... It was sarcasm, calm down lol. Dell usually do suck, ranging from the quality of service to the products themselves. Though the laptops aren't too bad according to Stubbers i think.

It depends on the situation and the channels you use.

A mate just had a brand new power adapter shipped for his notebook that is 7 days from expiration of warranty. They even provided a box for him to ship back his old one for testing.

I've had no problems but that's because I've had no reason to call them. My laptop is fine!

As for the purchasing of computers from ANY large PC company, you're going to get pwned... You should know that... It's not dell specific...
