I would purchase them on the spot besides the fact I don't have any money until the 1st of March.

Well, when you do get the money, search the 'Buy/Sell/Trade' area. To be more precise; http://randlan.net/smf/index.php/topic,198.msg2315.html#msg2315

I've got all the parts and the system built. Only downer is. Well it wont work. I boot it up and nothing appears on the on-board or the PCI graphics card. No power is given out to the USB or PS/2 connections and well I have no idea what has gone wrong. Help?! I'm 90% I've done everything right. Will supply pictures if needed just tell me what part/section.

Sounds like your PSU isn't supplying enough watts.
I don't stop.

But. It was working perfectly and then my hard drive came up with a S.M.A.R.T error I googled it turns out I rooted my 1tb hdd. So I pulled the computer apart and put another mobo and stuff into the case and then took it out and then put my other mobo and the parts I originally brought with the 80gb HDD and well. It doesn't work now. ^.^ It's complicated. Long story short. It DID work.

Only case I had and was just going to fail the whole entire computer and use some other parts I had. And pulling a computer apart is only a 5 minute job.

Cases aren't really an issue and I can just ask my school for some cases anywho. I just need a new power supply if what Raven is saying is correct. And "this guy" has a name.
