I haven't use it as I've got 7 on all of my PC's. After that "Boot Error" at the LAN I just reformatted when I got home. Never gonna delete my grub bootloader MBR ever again.

What other solution would you recommend then? And as I said. I haven't done this, I was merely stating there was a way.

EVERYONE (except those on systems that don't support it, but who has those anymore?) has the option to upgrade, especially at this LAN. So everyone HAS the option to, they're just never willing to mainly because they claim Vista to be shit, when normally they've rarely used it or at best "used it at a mate's place". Sometimes they've actually had it installed on their PC's, in which case that was probably early last year or hell, before last year even; Vista's gotten a shit ton better since when it came out people.
