Black ops and yes i know :/

Well you see i bought black ops a while ago and ive been trying to figure out y my computers sound keeps shutting off mid game its not muted or anything ive tryed all the fixes and reformatted and reinstalled my drivers so everytime i play once it cuts out i have to restart my computer to get my sound runnning again its really pissing me off. i was wondering if a sound card would fix it ? any help would be great thanks.

now its happening to all my games i need help i looked on google i found a thing that told me my waireless card might be stopping my sound so i removed it and still didnt work HELP ME!!!!

dedicated sound card or onboard and what motherboard do you have?

My quick google search did not make much clearer on the issues

From what i can tell it is a common issue

3 Solutions i found where
Bios update
Remove wireless card (also remove any other PCI cards)
I even found one that said windows 7 fixed the issues

So really without seeing the PC it is going to be very hard to diagnose

done all of it and i have win 7 :/ i have been serching for like 2months to try to find the problem :/

is cpu or anything over heating a mates was doing that, it also did it from bad Core use the third core would always sit at 100% that was fixed in a patch though
1) gaming rig
intel core i5@3.20ghz
4gb ddr3 ram 1333mhz
GTX 250 graphics 512mb
500gb sata black hdd + 1tb SATA
600W psu
coolermaster elite 330 case with blue LED front fan

Try a cheap pci sound card.
