I have had problems for the last 2 years now and i am going to start making a log of my problems

Phone dead in morning
Internet dead
Await Telstra's response

3:00pm net came back will need to go home and see what has been fixed if anything
5:30pm discover that telstra said there was not a problem and they will not be fixing it (usual response) because the line dried out in the time it takes for the lazy fucks to check the line
